After Sales Support
People would laugh at us, when we first launched this concept of “After Sales Support”. In one of the forums our director Mr. Khurana was once asked by a leading developer whether this concept really applies to the Real estate Industry. “I always thought it only applies to Refrigerators, ACs, Tvs and geysers”  He asked. “After Sales Support”  is the concept which is most  pertinent to the Real Estate Sector. The worth of the product that one has bought in this industry is about 100-200 times more than other industries, and if not properly and timely advised or supported, the entire investment can become a dead stock or a bad investment. In CALM Realty World the focus is on providing support service to its clients even after months of  the deal has been matured. We thoroughly believe, that every single customer that we acquire, will send atleast 5 more customer on an average to us in his lifetime, provided we take good care of him, i.e. “After Sales Support”.
